By this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners have made the following prayer : “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 02/02/2022 passed in Crime No.03/2022 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court (POCSO Act), Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.), Annexure -P/1, in the interest of justice. AND t is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the proceedings of Crime No.03/2022 registered at Police Station Lundra, District Surguja (C.G.) so far as it relates to the addition of offences U/s 354 of 3 IPC & Section 8 of POCSO Act, against the petitioners in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, therefore, prayer No.1 has become infructuous. He would next contend that so far as the prayer No.2 for quashing to proceedings of the present case is concerned, since the trial is in progress and only two prosecution witnesses are left for being examinined by the trial Court, therefore, he does not want to presss this petition. 4. Learned State counsel did not oppose the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, we do not find any good ground for quashing of the proceedings of Crime No.03/2022, registered at Police Station Lundra, District Surguja, (C.G.) so far at it relates to the addition of offences under Section 354 of IPC & Section 8 of the POCSO Act against the petitioners. 7.
