The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A.No. 5473/2025 with a direction to conclude the trial within a period of four months. 3. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 219 of 2024. 4. The petitioner and other accused persons were suspected to have enticed away the daughter of the informant. 5. It appears that the victim has been examined as P.W. 2 and she has supported the allegations levelled against the petitioner. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement it appears that the petitioner had taken her to Secunderabad where she had become pregnant. However, the victim has refused undergo a medical examination. The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2024 and out of 09 charge-sheet witnesses only 05 witnesses have been examined so far. 6. Regard being had to the observation made earlier in B.A.No.5473/2025 and since the trial has not concluded as yet, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of ( 2026:JHHC:7908 ) Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
