The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ order, thereby setting-aside/quashing the impugned order dated 12.05.2026 (Annexure P/1) so far it relates to placement of petitioner and further be please to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue at his present place of posting. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is working as Regional Coordinator and posted at Janpad Panchayat, Gariyaband, has been transferred to Janpad Panchayat, Mainpur by the impugned order dated 12.05.2026. 3 / 3 The petitioner is facing difficulty in joining the new place of posting because the wife of the petitioner is suffering from some medical ailment. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation on 13.05.2026, which, till date, has not been considered and decided. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner is against respondent No. 3, for whom he is not appearing. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have also perused material available on record. 5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised, and further that the petitioner has already submitted a representation before respondent No. 3 on 13.05.2026, the writ petition, at this stage, is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to consider and take a decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6. Consequently, I.A. No. 02 of 2026, an application for urgent hearing and I.A. No. 03 of 2026, an application for hearing during summer vacation, stands disposed of.
