The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No.195 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 351(3), 111(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case alleging therein that the petitioner has fired along with others. She further submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 19 of this application. She next submits that the petitioner is working as Assistant Manager (Maintenance) in Neutron Consultants Pvt. Ltd. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there that the petitioner was also present on the spot and in view of that, the prayer for anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. Considering that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 19 of this application and in the supplementary affidavit, the documents have been annexed which suggest that the petitioner is working as Assistant Manager (Maintenance) in Neutron Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and the allegations is made that the petitioner was accomplice of other accused persons and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No.195 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 9th July, 2026 Ajay/
