This Court, vide order dated 10.07.2025 passed in MCRC No. 4794 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Ashok Sahu, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on one occasion also this Court had granted extension of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 time for compliance of the order dated 10.07.2025. 4. The learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) Surajpur, District- Surajpur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 01.05.2026 has requested for grant of 3 to 4 months time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that it is submitted that the prosecution witnesses can be re-examined, statements of the accused persons can be recorded and defence evidence can also be led in the present case. It has further been stated that proceedings in the other two connected cases can simultaneously be carried out and thereafter all the three connected matters can be heard together on the same day and decided simultaneously by passing a common judgment/order. Hence, it is most humbly prayed that this Court may kindly be pleased to grant an extension of 3 to 4 months for concluding the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
