It is alleged that some two hundred persons have encroached area within the old Civil Court campus at Jamshedpur, which needs to be removed. The petitioner is a practicing Advocate of Civil Court, Jamshedpur, who is espousing the cause. 3. The old Civil Court campus is under the control of the Deputy Commissioner, Singhbhum (E) at Jamshedpur. As per the petitioner, the alleged encroachment is within the campus. If there is any encroachment or unauthorized occupation within the campus held by the Deputy Commissioner, it is the Deputy Commission who has to look into the matter.
