The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the order passed on 07.12.2019 (Annexure P/8) passed by the Chhattisgarh High Power Scrutiny Committee/office of the Commissioner, Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste Development be set-aside/quashed. 10.2 That, a writ of mandamus be issued against the respondents in consonance with the principle of 2 natural justice good conscience and fairness in the fact, it is case of frequent harassment by the respondents. 10.3 That a writ of certiorari be issued against the respondents that it is apparent on the face of r3ecor that the petitioner’s caste certificate has wrongfully refused by the scrutiny committee, which is sheer abuse of the process of law. 10.4 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits in view of the subsequent development taken place, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and therefore, he is not pressing this writ petition. 3.
