Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2024 in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024 (POCSO Case No. 80 of 2025), registered under Sections 64(2)(f) and 65(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 6 of POCSO Act, now pending in the court of learned Special Judge POCSO, Jamshedpur. 3. During the course of argument, it transpired that the bail application of the petitioner was rejected earlier vide order dated 24.01.2025 in B.A. No. 512 of 2025.The victim is just 3 ½ years old. 4. Upon a query of this court, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. However, the custody of the petitioner is since 10.08.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State, on the other hand, has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and all prosecution witnesses have been examined , this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and hence, this bail application is rejected. 7.
