The learned counsel for the petitioner files a Memo seeking withdrawal of the criminal petition. The Memo so filed reads as follows:
“The above-named petitioner most respectfully submits that the Respondent/complainant police have filed the charge sheet in Crime No.0266/2023 dated 10-12-2023 pending before the Hon’ble 39th ACMM Court, Bengaluru. The Respondent police have filed B report and dropped the petitioner’s name from the chargesheet since no credible evidence was found against the petitioner herein. The present petition becomes infructuous since petitioner’s name has been dropped in the charge sheet hence this memo for withdrawal.
WHEREFORE under the above
facts and circumstances the above-named petitioner most respectfully prays this Hon’ble Court be pleased to withdraw the petition in the ends of justice.”
