Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was was appointed on the post of Computer Operator, however, there is no promotional post. The respondents have opined that the petitioner can be accommodated for promotion on the post Accountant which is lying vacant. Petitioner has also submitted representation making such prayer with the respondent authorities. It is lying pending consideration since 18.11.2024, therefore, direction be issued to consider and take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel do not oppose the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner with regard to take decision on representation submitted by petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for petitioner without entering on the merits of this case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent no. 2 to take decision on representation submitted by petitioner Annexure P/4 dated 18.11.2024, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the Order. 6.
