Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that learned trial court be directed to dispose of the Complaint Case No. 139 of 2024, (Arti Anand Vs. Ravindra Kumar) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad pending in the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-2, Ghaziabad within stipulated time. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that present case is pending since 2024, more than one and half years have passed and case has not culminated to its logical conclusion. Keeping in view the period of pendency of the case, it is directed that court below shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal hurdle, without permitting undue adjournments to either sides.
