The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Thakurgangti PS Case No.0003 of 2026 (arising out of P.C.R. Case No.717 of 2025), for offence registered under section 69, 115(2), 190, 3(5), 323, 351(2), 351(3), 352 of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Godda. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are father and mother, respectively, of Ainul Ansari and said Ainul Ansari and the victim were in relationship. He next submits that the charge sheet has been submitted against Ainul Ansari and he is facing trial and the victim has been examined in the said trial wherein she has stated that she has got no grievance against Ainul Ansari as well as father of Ainul Ansari who happened to be one of the petitioners and on these grounds he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 2026:JHHC:20290 2 4. On the other hand, the learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the petitioners are father and mother, respectively, of Ainul Ansari. 5. Considering that petitioners are father and mother, respectively, of Ainul Ansari and allegations are there of establishing relationship by Ainul Ansari. At page 35, the deposition of the victim has been annexed in which it has been stated at paragraph nos. 5, 15 and 26 that she has got no grievance against Ainul Ansari and the father of the said Ainul Ansari, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners. 6. Accordingly, both the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, both the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Godda, in connection with Thakurgangti PS Case No.0003 of 2026 (arising out of P.C.R.
