Heard the parties. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- “1. For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) order(s) particularly in the nature of mandamus, commanding upon the respondent No.2 to issue rent receipts of Khatiyani land of petitioner of Khata No.140 Area 14 Acres, Khata No.100 Area 49 Decimal Khata No.149 Plot No.1205, Area 3.73 acres. And / Or For issuance of any other appropriate writ(s) order(s) / direction(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondent No.2, the Circle Officer, Namkum, Dist-Ranchi, to consider the case of the petitioner and to pass an appropriate order. 4. Considering the submission of the petitioner, I direct the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Namkum, Dist-Ranchi, who will consider the case of the petitioner and will pass an appropriate order, as per law. 5. The entire process should be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
