He next submits that informant and Satyendra Choudhary who is son of petitioner nos.1 and 2 were in relationship and false case has been lodged Satyendra Choudhary by the informant in the State of Bihar in which Satyendra Choudhary has been granted anticipatory bail by the Patna High Court. He next submits that informant is resident of Samastipur but in the F.I.R. the informant has mentioned her address as D/129 DVC Colony, Chandrapura, Bokaro which is the address of the petitioners itself. He further submits that due to enmity ( 2026:JHHC:20283 ) between Satyendra Choudhary and informant, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of threatening are there. 5. In the F.I.R allegations of assault are there against Satyendra Choudahry and it has been pointed out that due to enmity between Satyendra Choudahry and informant the petitioners have been implicated in this case and prior to this case, informant has also filed case against Satyendra Choudhary in the State of Bihar who is son of petitioner no.1 and 2.
