Mahmud, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of death certificate in respect of the petitioner, namely, Wahid Ansari, disclosing his date of death as 18.04.2024. Accordingly, he has submitted that matter has become infructuous on the death of the petitioner. The Court has put the learned counsel for the petitioner to notice that Page No.# 3/3 consequences may follow the impugned opinion accordingly. In this regard it is submitted that if any reference is made against any family member, law will take its own course. Photocopy of the death certificate is made a part of record.
