In this writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 25.08.2023 passed by the Rajasthan Civil Service Appellate Tribunal for dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner against the transfer order issued in the year 2022. He has also challenged the order dated 26.10.2023 whereby, review application filed by the petitioner has also been dismissed. 2. It appears from the order sheet of this case that, no interim order is operating in the instant case.
