Virender Singh, Judge (Oral) Due to technical defect, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the competent Court of law, under the relevant provisions of law. 2. In addition to this, a liberty has also been sought to provide the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, to the petitioners. 3. Considering the said submissions, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to approach the competent Court of law, if so advised.
