State of Jharkhand and others, Civil Appeal No. 4038 of 2022 and analogous cases, judgment and order dated 02.08.2022, wherein it has been held at paragraph nos. 27 and 28, "the fresh selection be based on revised merit and based on already Published cut-off by the last obtained selected candidate in each Trained Graduate Teacher subject against respective categories": c) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s), specifically a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner and release all consequential benefits in pursuance to appointments so made. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment passed in W.P.(S) No. 582 of 2023 (Mina Kumari & Others Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Others along with Analogous Cases) the instant writ application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent-JSSC. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-JSSC does not raise objection. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the instant writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. 5.
