Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner, after having argued the matter at some length, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned Court below and the petitioner may be given protection from arrest for a period of ten days’ from today. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has no objection. 3. Permission, as sought for, is granted. 4. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Trial Court on or before 22.02.2026 and move regular bail application.
