I have gone through the writ petition and also heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Ranchi Municipal Corporation and the State. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that respondent nos. 7 and 8 made the construction over land pertaining to Khata No. 35, Survey Plot No. 201, area 2.98 Kadi, in violation of the provisions of the Jharkhand Municipal Act. 4. Considering the nature of the order which this Court is intending to pass, it is not necessary to call for the counter affidavit or to issue notice to the private respondents. 5. Considering the statement made in the petition, the matter needs to be enquired into, which can only be done by Ranchi Municipal Corporation. Thus, I direct the respondent no. 2 i.e. Ranchi Municipal Corporation to dispose of the representation of the petitioner which has already been filed after making a proper enquiry and also after hearing the respondent nos. 7 and 8 and take the decision within the period of twelve weeks. 6.
