The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is challenging the appointment of respondent No.4 as an Anganwadi Worker. It is stated that respondent Nos.1 to 3 conducted interviews and the petitioner attended the interview for the said post of Anganwadi Worker. It is further submitted that respondent No.4 was preferred by respondent Nos.1 to 3, and that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 17.06.2013 seeking appointment as an Anganwadi Worker. 2. The petitioner contends that her representation was not considered and that, in the meanwhile, respondent No.4 was selected and appointed to the said post. The Selection Committee constituted for identifying a suitable candidate has issued the orders of appointment in favour of respondent No.4. 3.
