WPMS No.847 of 2026
Vinod Dhyani and Another
--Petitioners Versus Mussorie Dehradun Development Authority
--Respondent Hon’ble Pankaj Purohit, J.
Mr. Gaurav Panwar, learned counsel holding brief of Ms. Prabha Naithani, learned counsel for petitioners.
2. Mr. Rahul Consul, learned counsel for respondent-MDDA.
3. Petitioners applied for sanctioning of a map of residential building by moving an application to the respondent-MDDA.
4. The said application is still pending with the respondent-MDDA, wherein, objection has been raised by respondent-MDDA (Annexure No.4 to the writ petition) and asked petitioners to remove the objection so raised by them.
5. Petitioners have yet not been either granted or refused the permission. Mere objection was pointed out which was said to be removed with the assistance of petitioners and reply is asked from the petitioners.
6. Thus, in view of the above, writ petition appears to be premature in nature and the same is accordingly dismissed as being premature.
7. Pending application also stands disposed of.
