No. 23 of 2025 in O.S. No. 398 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge (Junior Division) Narasaraopet, pending disposal of the above C.R.P. in the interest of justice and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
1. KAVITHA GOTTIPATI Counsel for the Respondent:
1. The court made the following order:
The grievance of the petitioner is that the learned XIII Addl District Judge, is not numbering the interlocutory application in CFR No.2159 of 2024 in A.S.No.66 of 2024. 2. Heard Smt Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel for the revision petitioner and no representation for the respondent. 3.

“The Trial court is directed to number the interlocutory application in CFR No.2159 of 2024 in A.S.No.66 of 2024 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and the parties shall cooperate with the enquiry.”
