Learned State counsel submitted that the bail application, being MCRC No. 3228/2026, was preferred on behalf of the respondent, namely, Tarak Ghosh, and the same was allowed by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2026. However, inadvertently, in paragraphs 4 and 6 of the said order, it has been mentioned that the charge-sheet has been filed, whereas, in fact, the charge- sheet has not yet been filed in the said case. Hence, the words “the charge-sheet has been filed” are required to be deleted from paragraphs 4 and 6 of the order dated 09.04.2026. RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 3. Taking into consideration the fact that the present application has been preferred by the State seeking correction/modification of the order dated 09.04.2026 passed in MCRC No. 3228/2026, on the ground that in paragraphs 4 and 6 it has been mentioned that “the charge-sheet has been filed”, whereas the same has not been filed, but considering the fact that the applicant has already been released from jail and the present application for modification has been filed after about one month from the date of passing of the said order, this Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 09.04.2026. 4.
