By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ directing the respondent no. 4 and 5 to decide the mutation application bearing case no. 202412116400006/2024-2025 pending before Additional Tehsildar Raipur, Tehsil and District Raipur as early as possible in a time bound manneг. 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not 3 challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Court to the respondents No. 4 and 5, to decide the mutation application bearing case No. 202412116400006/2024-2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending mutation application bearing case No. 202412116400006/2024- 2025, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. His pending mutation application will be considered in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the concerned respondents No. 4 & 5 to consider/decide the mutation application bearing case No. 202412116400006/2024-2025 of the petitioner in accordance with law/rules/regulations and in an objective manner as expeditiously as possible within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
