The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 283/2023 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners in the FIR that they committed the murder of the informant's brother and thereafter disposed of his dead body, and further taking into account the fact that the independent witnesses have supported the prosecution case by attributing the commission of the offence to the petitioners, I am not inclined Patna High Court CR.
