Learned counsel for the Respondent / MCD has filed Compliance Affidavit, which be taken on record, wherein it is stated that pursuant to Order dated 15.05.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C)5634/2024, Letter No.MCD/DIR.(IT)/2024/D-009 dated 25.11.2024 had been communicated to outsourcing agency, i.e. Rapid Workforce and also communicated to Petitioner thought Speed Post. 2. However, in compliance of Order dated 18.08.2026 passed by this Court, a Letter No.MCD/DIR.(IT)/2026/D-573 dated 21.09.2026 has been again communicated to present outsourcing agency, i.e. Rapid Workforce and also communicated to Petitioner and this Letter has receiving of Petitioner also on it. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondent / MCD clarifies that though name of agency in the Order was mentioned as M/s Sharp Global Group, but This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 26/09/2026 at 11:07:46 contractor has now changed and present contractor is M/s Rapid Workforce, to whom the Letter has been duly conveyed. 4.
