The applicant who is in custody since 20.09.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Marafari P.S. Case No.54 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1132 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 318(4) and 319(2) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned J.M.,1st Class, Bokaro. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Innocence has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the crime has been committed in an organized manner and the bail applications of similarly situated persons have been rejected by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.02.2026 passed in B.A. No.11234 of 2025 with B.A. No.11335 of 2025. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 5. Since it is an organized crime and the case is at the stage of evidence, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, at this stage.
