Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 01.08.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and copy of office order dated 31.07.2026, passed by the Deputy Director School Education (Elementary), Shimla, Kangra at Dharmshala, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 31.07.2026, reveals that the service of the petitioner has been regularized w.e.f. 01.06.1985 and further the services rendered by him on adhoc basis w.e.f. 02.01.1981, have been considered for the purpose of annual increments. 3. After passing the aforesaid order the respondents are now to take steps for revision of pension of the petitioner, since the petitioner has retired from service. 4. Learned Additional Advocate General undertakes to take steps to forward the case of the petitioner for revision of pension to respondent No.7, within four weeks and thereafter respondent No.7 shall take steps to revise the pension within four weeks. 5. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 31.12.2025, passed in CWP No.20757 of 2025, titled, Gian Chand & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., qua the petitioner has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not paid to the petitioner within twelve weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for 3 revival of the execution petition. 6.
