The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; (a) ISSUE a Writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Orders dated 19-12-2025 passed by the learned IX Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru, in M.A.No.103/2025 vide Annexure-P; and the Order dated 23-09-2025 passed by the 4th Respondent bearing No.KruUuMaSa/Ben/Malige/2955/2025-26; vide Annexure-K; (b) PASS such other orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The lis in the present matter has been dealt with by a detailed order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 24.04.2026 in M/s Om Shakthi - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26446 WP No. 10852 of 2026 Traders vs. the State of Karnataka & Ors., in WP No.7954/2026 and other connected matters, where the very same orders were under challenge. The Co-ordinate Bench has upheld those orders and dismissed the writ petitions. 3. I am of the considered opinion that the said order would apply on all fours to the present matter. Hence, the above writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order dated 24.04.2026 in M/s Om Shakthi Traders vs. the State of Karnataka & Ors., in WP No.7954/2026 and other connected matters, which shall form part of this order. 4. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents seeking allotment of suitable temporary alternate premises. If such a representation is submitted, the respondent is directed to consider in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of its receipt.
