Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners and enter the names of the petitioners in online system (NGDRS), and thereafter also accept rent and issue current rent receipts. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioners are directed to file a fresh representation before respondent No.5 – Circle Officer, Mayurhand, District Chatra, who will consider the representation of the petitioners and if it is found that the land in question is recorded in the name of the petitioners or needs to be recorded in the name of the petitioners, will enter the same in the records, and if for any justifiable reason the prayer of the petitioners cannot be accepted, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioners. 5. The entire process should be concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
