A Contempt Petition under Sections 2(b), 2(c)(ii), 2(C)(iii) and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act has been filed against the Order dated 18.07.2023, whereby in W.P(C) No.6810/2023 while allowing the Writ Petition partly the MCD was directed to permit the vendors to vend within South Zone Ward S-86, subject to the terms and conditions of the aforesaid Certificate of Vending dated 06.11.2021 and 09.03.2022 without any hindrance. 2. It is stated in the Contempt Petition that despite such directions, the MCD continuous to interfere and create hindrance in the work of the Petitioners to work in South Zone, Ward S-86. 3. It is submitted that the Writ Petition has been filed against the MCD to challenge their acts. This is a digitally signed order.
