1. These are writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-
“W.P.(C) 11306/2026 A. Allow the present petition; B. Pass a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ thereby Setting aside/Quashing of the decision dated 14.05.2025 of the Respondent No.1/ National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences(NBEMS) to the extent of debarring the Petitioner indefinitely from appearing in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) conducted by the Respondent(s); C. Pass a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the Respondent(s) to consider the future application(s) made by the Petitioner for appearing in Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) conducted by the Respondent(s) afresh and independently solely on the basis of Petitioner’s primary This is a digitally signed order. Mr. Mittal, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the petitioners will file an application with respondent No. 1 by 25.09.2026 11:55 PM for participating in the FMGE Examination proposed to be conducted on 31.10.2026. 4. The applications of the petitioners proposed to be filed by 25.09.2026 11:55 PM shall be decided by the respondent No. 1 in accordance with extant rules, regulations and expeditiously. 5.
