The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No.42/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 333 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act, 1959, pending in the Court of the learned A.C.J.M., Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and only on confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused, his name has come. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the apprehended co-accused, namely, Mohan Kumar Ganjhu has taken name of the petitioner. She also submits that apprehended co-accused has clearly stated that the petitioner was also present on the spot and pursuant to firing, one person has received grievous injury. The apprehended co-accused, namely, Mohan Kumar Ganjhu in his confessional statement has stated that the petitioner was present along with him and firing was made and pursuant to that grievous injury has been received by the brother of the informant. The petitioner is accomplice of the accused person. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, as such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected. 6.
