1. POLISETTY RADHA KRISHNA Counsel for the Respondent(S):
1. GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking the following main prayer:
“……..declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not implementing the resolution No.16 dated 19-09- 2025 of the 3rd respondent, even after lapse of six months, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to implement the resolution No.16 dated 19-09- 2025 of the 3rd respondent and to pass…….”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gopi Sai Manoj Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture & Cooperation. Perused the material available on record.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, while reiterating the contents of the writ affidavit, submits that the petitioner was initially appointed as clerk in the 3rd respondent Society in the year 2016 by recording the date of birth (DOB) as 15.09.1963 and subsequently, the petitioner was promoted as Chief Executive Officer of the 3rd respondent Society. He submits that due to some discrepancy that crept in, the petitioner's date of birth was wrongly mentioned as ‘15.09.1963’ instead of ‘16.09.1966’ and to that effect, the petitioner made representation dated 12.07.2024 before the 3rd respondent Society for necessary correction, but the same was not acted upon.

4.
Learned counsel submits that, in fact, the very same petitioner filed W.P.No.19715 of 2025 for non-consideration of representation dated 12.07.2024 by the respondent authorities and the said writ petition was
disposed of, with a direction to the 2nd respondent Society therein/ 3rd respondent Society herein, to consider the representation dated 12.07.2024 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with Law. He submits that pursuant to the said orders passed by this Court, the 3rd respondent Society passed resolution No.16 dated 19.09.2025 (Ex.P.2), by unanimously resolving to continue the petitioner in the 3rd respondent Society as CEO till 30.09.2028, however, in spite of the same, no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent.
5.
Learned counsel by stating immense urgency in the lis, submits that due to the said inaction of the respondent authorities, the petitioner is about to retire on 31.03.2026, and if that happens, he would suffer serious prejudice and irreparable loss.
6. Conversely, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has already filed W.P.No.25447 of 2023 before this Court and the same is pending. However, he expressed his reservation about the authenticity of resolution No.16 dated 19.09.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent Society.
7. Considering the above submissions made by both the counsel, and taking note of the resolution No.16 dated 19.09.2025 said to be passed by the 3rd respondent Society, this Court without going into the merits of the case and

in order to put quietus to the lis, is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with the following terms:-
