CMP No.19701 of 2026 By virtue of the present application, the applicant/ appellant seeks permission to withdraw the statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only) along with up-to-date interest, deposited in the Registry of this Court at the time of filing of the present appeal (FAO No. 271 of 2023). No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. The non-applicants have no objection in case the present application is allowed and the applicant/appellant is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount along with up-to- date interest. In the application, it has been averred that a settlement has been entered into inter se the parties and the matter stands compromised. It is further stated that it is in the aforesaid circumstances that the present appeal has been withdrawn, as recorded in the order dated 17.04.2026. In the aforesaid facts and attending circumstances, the present application is allowed. The amount lying deposited in the Registry of the Court along with interest accrued thereupon is directed to be released in favour of applicant No. 1.
