Order No.
ORDER 12.05.2026
01.
1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
2. The present writ petition has been filed assailing the legality and validity of notice dated 16.03.2026 issued by the Keonjhar Garh Municipality alleging that the Petitioner is in unauthorized possession over the Plot No.130 appertaining to Khata No.116, Unit No.17 of Mouza Jagannathpur.
3. It is stated that in response thereto the Petitioner submitted a show cause on 20.03.2026 and referring to the show cause, it is stated that the land in question is subject matter of a Civil Suit No.102 of 2019 on the file of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Keonjhar.
