The present CRMP has been filed seeking an extension of time to file an appeal before the appropriate Court. 2. Vide order dated 17.11.2025 passed in CRMP No.635/2025, the petitioner was granted liberty to prefer an appeal before the appropriate Court within a period of 60 days. However, the petitioner failed to file an appeal within the stipulated period, necessitating the filing of the present petition for an extension of time. Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the petition, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the petitioner an opportunity to file the appeal, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- before the High Court Legal Services Authority within a week from today. Upon furnishing the receipt of the payment, the petitioner shall file the appeal before the appropriate Court by 19th June, 2026. It is ordered accordingly. 4.
