1. This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 696/2021, dated 22.09.2021, registered at P.S Ranhola, New Delhi under Sections 354(D)/354(A)/509/506/34 IPC and 12 POCSO Act and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. The present FIR arose from a complaint made by the victim/respondent no.2, a Class 10 student, alleging that three boys from her neighbourhood, namely Aman, Vikas and Nibu, had been stalking her for approximately two months while she was commuting between her school and residence. She alleged that the said boys would follow her, pass comments, whistle at her and continuously stare at her. On 22.09.2021, while returning from school, she met a member of the Women Commission and narrated the incident, pursuant to which PCR officials and police personnel reached the spot and she was taken to PS Ranhola. An FIR No. 696/2021 under Sections 354(D)/354(A)/509/506/34 IPC and 12 POCSO Act at PS Ranhola was registered on the instance of respondent no.2. Subsequently Chargesheet was filed. 3.
