Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care. 5. The order of the Controlling Authority dated 20.09.2023 is questioned in this writ petition on several grounds as set out in the memorandum of writ petition. 6. The order of the Controlling Authority cannot be questioned directly by filing a writ petition. There is an alternate remedy by filing an appeal before the Appellate Authority.
