Chistie, learned counsel for the respondent. The present contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of order dated 10.03.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 1288/2023 by this Court. By the aforesaid order dated 10.03.2023, the case of the petitioner Page No.# 2/2 for appointment of in-charge Headmaster of Kashori High Court, Nagoan was directed to be considered by the respondent authorities. Accordingly, a speaking order dated 09.08.2023 has been passed by the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, rejecting such claim on the ground that the petitioner initially expressed his unwillingness to hold the charge of Headmaster i.c of the concerned School though he was the eligible and senior most teacher. Be that as it may, as the order dated 10.03.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 1288/2023 by this Court, has been complied with by a speaking order dated 09.08.2023, in the considered opinion of this Court, the aforesaid order dated 10.03.2023 has been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the speaking order dated 09.08.2023 passed by the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, if aggrieved, before the appropriate forum. A copy of the speaking order dated 09.08.2023 passed by the Director of Secondary Education, Assam be also furnished to Mr. A. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner.
