Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has produced the proceedings of the 1st respondent / District Collector in Na.Ka.No.COLRD/160/2025-A5, dated 05.02.2026 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.11265 of 2026 and submitted that by the said proceedings, the District Collector has accorded administrative sanction for construction of drainage from Avudaiyanoor bus stop to Mottaikalangal Swamy Koil in Avudaiyanoor Panchayat and the work will be carried out after the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Election 2026. 3. Recording the said submission, the respondents are directed to complete the construction of drainage system from Avudaiyanoor bus stop to Mottaikalangal swamy koil in Avudaiyanoor Panchayat, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
