The vehicle was allegedly used for the transportation of liquor. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the above-mentioned motorcycle has been released in favor of the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to await the final orders of the learned Trial Court after the conclusion of the trial and to move an appropriate application, if any adverse orders are passed.
