The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the Police on the suspicion that they were involved in cyber-crime. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 08.09.2025. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent relating to cyber-crime. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
