Heard Mr. Ravi Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No. 254 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 556 of 2024, under Section 103(2), 238, 309(6), 3(5), 61(2), 127(2), 317(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Dacoity, District Kanput Dehat, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present case is pending since 2024 and the same has not culminated to its logical conclusion. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
