The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record relating to stipend of the petitioner from Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Raipur. 2 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus to the respondent authorities for payment of outstanding stipend to the petitioner as per rules. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus to the respondent authorities for payment of regular monthly stipend to the petitioner as per rules. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit according to the facts & circumstances of the case may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that the payment due to the petitioner has already been made. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to her instructions also, petitioner has received the payment due to the petitioner in her bank account and therefore, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. 4. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the respective parties, nothing remains in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
