Learned counsel for the petitioner though admits the above fact, however, raises a grievance that the petitioner has still not been paid pension. 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 CWP No.4362/2025, decided on 26.03.2025 2 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that consequent upon issuance of office order dated 26.11.2025, the petitioner has become entitled to pension and that the respondent shall process his case & ensure release of admissible pension along with all due and admissible arrears within four weeks, i.e. on or before 18.09.2026. Taking note of above office order dated 26.11.2025 as also the assurance extended on behalf of the respondent through its learned counsel that the admissible pension along with pension arrears, if any, shall be released to the petitioner within four weeks, i.e. on or before 18.09.2026, the present execution petition stands disposed of. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the redressal of his surviving grievance(s), if any.
