He further submits that one lady has already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge in A.B.P. No. 70 of 2026. He then submits that the chargesheet has already been submitted against one Jivlal Sao and he is facing the trial in S.T. No. 103 of 2026. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of making assault are there against all the accused persons. On this ground, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Although, there is allegation of assault against all the accused persons, however, the allegations are general and omnibus and further the petitioner happened to be a lady and one lady has already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge in the aforementioned A.B.P. and further in the separated trial, one witness namely Sarita Devi has been examined, which is contained in page-22 of the petition, wherein she has not taken the name of this petitioner, rather she has taken the name of other co-accused persons including the said lady, who has been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge.
