Accordingly, without interfering with the impugned transfer order, this petition is disposed of with the observation that if the petitioner approaches the competent authority for his adjustment by way of a representation within one week from today, appropriate orders shall be passed thereupon within three weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 3. It is clarified that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered by the Authority taking into account the administrative exigencies of the department.
