JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER On perusal of the order sheet, it discloses that this Court suspended the sentence for the petitioner vide order dated 27.04.2026 and directed to deposit 50% of the fine amount on or before 02.06.2026. 2. The counsel appearing to the respondent submits that the said amount is not deposited. 3. The counsel for the petitioner also submits that not yet deposited the amount and also not filed any application seeking for extension of time. 4. Having perused the order of the Trial Court, it discloses that the accused/petitioner was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I.
